Order processing

Custom Magnet Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, our standard processing time is 2-4 business days. Please note this does not include shipping time.
- If you need your order sooner, please select "Priority + Express shipping". Your order will skip the queue, be processed and express shipped within 2 business days (within 24 hours for most orders!)
- Large orders: If you are ordering more than 24 magnets, you will be advised of the processing time when placing your order.

Shipping
All items are shipped via Australia Post. Please note their advised shipping times:

- Standard 2-4 business days
- Express 1-2+ business days

Rest of Australia
- Standard 3-6 business days
- Express 1-3+ business days

New Zealand
- Standard 4-7 business days
- Express 2-5 business days
In most cases, parcels will be delivered in the above timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances and peak periods can affect these times occasionally.
Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability or be held responsible for:
- Delays or mistakes made by postal service
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO Box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes
- Lost items during transit
Please understand that refunds are not required or automatically granted for events of this nature, but we may choose to provide a full or partial refund at our discretion. We will do our best to work with you.
All shipping charges from your order are non-refundable. Should you need to modify your chosen shipping address, method or have made an error, please contact us as soon as possible. This can usually be rectified as long as your order has not yet been sent.

- An automated email with tracking will be sent to the email provided as soon as your order is shipped
